SHIPPING TIMES
Some items are held in stock but as we are a small business most of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. If you require an item sooner we can usually meet your deadlines, please contact us ahead or ordering to find out if we can help. Delivery options at checkout are the services used and NOT the shipping time.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.

DELIVERY
All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. We offer free postage on orders over £75 with the code FREEDELIVERY, standard post is charged at £3.95 within the UK and international postage is £12. We offer a Special Delivery service for anyone who wants a guaranteed next day delivery, this is also recommended for higher priced items. Please note the Special Delivery next day service is not the shipping time. If you need something urgently contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Cara cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.

Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a black jewellery box with Cara Tonkin stamped in gold foil on the lid and delivered in a padded envelope or cardboard box.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Cara of your intention to return goods in writing by email.


Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.  

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.
